Abrasive blasting is a process which cleans materials with fine sand particles via compressed air. This process allows for a higher quality and longer lasting finish. From smaller domestic objects through to larger commercial and industrial equipment.

The skilled blasting team specialises in removing contaminants, rust, paint, (and graffiti) from various surfaces to best prepare them for powder coating, or industrial coatings or intumescent coatings. Abrasive materials include, but not limited to, garnet, crushed glass, glass bead and steel shot.

We assess the best medium for your project and utilise effective abrasive blasting equipment to thoroughly clean steel, assisting in the removal of paint, rust and corrosion to ensure the surface is correctly restored and prepared for powder coating application.
